Not out of the box, but tey are LEDs, so they are dimmable if you hook them up through a controller.
The installation is pretty easy, it comes rolled up in the box, you just have to unroll and arrange to your liking! We used small command hooks to mount it on the wall, I believe we used about 10 clear ones.
